HS Premix-UNG (Probe qPCR)

HS Premix-UNG (Probe qPCR) is a specialized reagent for Real Time PCR qualitative and quantitative reactions using the probe method. It contains HS Taq, which has completely closed Taq enzyme activity at room temperature through chemical modification hot start technology. This effectively suppresses non-specific amplification caused by the non-specific annealing of primers or primer dimers under low temperature conditions, improving the specificity of the amplification reaction. The optimized qPCR buffer and UNG/dUTP anti-contamination system in this reagent can obtain good standard curves in a wide range of quantitation areas, accurately performing quantitation and effectively preventing false positive amplification caused by PCR product residues or aerosol contamination. This reagent is compatible with most fluorescence quantitative PCR instruments from manufacturers such as Applied Biosystems, Eppendorf, Bio-Rad and Roche.

*HS Taq、UNG、PCR Buffer、MgCl2、dNTPs and Stabilizer are already included in this reagent.

Characteristics：

1.  Chemically-modified and incubate at 95℃ for 5-10 mins for polymerase activation.

2.  The activity of polymerase is gradually released, and performs high specificity.

Recommended Application:

1.  End-Point PCR and quantitative PCR.

2.  Multiplex PCR and genotyping test.
