Robustart Taq

Robustart Taq is a hot-start Taq that not only better suppresses non-specific reactions caused by primer false annealing or primer dimers during PCR system preparation and amplification, making the product highly specific and more effective for amplifying low-concentration templates, suitable for multiplex PCR amplification reactions; but also has good system adaptability, achieving stable amplification results in different types of PCR reactions.

Reagent Composition：

1．5 U/µL Robustart Taq

2．10×PCR Buffer Ⅱ (Mg²+ free) （Optional）

3．25 mM MgCl₂（Optional）

*10×PCR Buffer (Mg²+ free) is dNTP free and Mg²+ free.

Characteristics:

1.  Modified by antibody and hot start at 95℃ for 1~5min.

2.  High sensitivity and specificity.

3.  It has strong applicability to various detections. 

Recommended Applications:

1. End-Point PCR and quantitative PCR.

2. Multiplex PCR, genotyping test and high sensitivity detection of viral nucleic acid.
