Product Introduction:

Neoscript RTase HS is a reverse transcriptase derived from the Moloney murine leukemia virus (M-MLV) gene through mutation screening 

and expressed in Escherichia coli. This enzyme has had the RNase H activity removed and possesses higher temperature tolerance. This 

product is heat-activated and modified to block reverse transcriptase activity at room temperature, which can effectively eliminate the 

adverse effects of RNA higher-order structures and non-specific factors on cDNA synthesis. It has higher stability and reverse transcription 

synthesis capability.
