Neoscript® RT Premix（SYBR qRT-PCR）

Neoscript RT Premix (SYBR qRT-PCR) is a dedicated reagent for one-step reverse transcription and quantitative PCR (qRT-PCR) using SYBR Green І chimeric fluorescence method. This reagent provides components, e.g. Superstart Taq plus, Neoscript RTase, RNase Inhibitor, MgCl2, dNTPs, SYBR Green І and stabilizers. Superstart Taq plus, novelly modified, provides an automatic "hot start" in PCR for increased sensitivity, specificity and yield, and has a short activation time. Neoscript RTase is genetically modified from M-MuLV Reverse Transcriptase, thus performing reduced RNase H activity, higher temperature tolerance, and higher efficiency of reverse transcription and PCR amplification. This reagent uses proprietary reaction buffer for qPCR with well-optimized configuration, greatly improving the amplification efficiency and detection sensitivity of qPCR. This reagent is compatible with most fluorescent quantitative PCR instruments, such as Applied Biosystems, Eppendorf, Bio-Rad, Roche and so on.
