Product Principle:

Guanidine isothiocyanate is used to denature proteins, while Proteinase K is employed to degrade and digest proteins. Detergents are used to elute impurities. Subsequently, the principle of nucleic acid adsorption onto nanoscale magnetic beads is utilized. Specialized magnetic rods are used for the adsorption, transfer, and release of the beads, completing the extraction, enrichment, and purification of nucleic acids. The purified nucleic acids can be directly used for downstream nucleic acid testing.
