NS0 & SP2/0 Residual DNA Detection Kit

NS0 and SP2/0 are mouse myeloma cell lines used in biopharmaceuticals for producing monoclonal antibodies and recombinant proteins. NS0 cells are known for their high productivity and ability to grow in suspension, making them ideal for large-scale protein production with human-like modifications. SP2/0 cells, derived from a hybridoma process, also offer high yields and are used for creating therapeutic antibodies. Both cell lines are essential for producing high-quality proteins and antibodies in the drug development and manufacturing process.

This kit is based on fluorescence quantitative PCR technology and is designed with primers and probes targeting the conserved sequences of NS0 and SP2/0 cell lines. It is paired with a ready-to-use quantitative reference, enabling the quantification of residual NS0 and SP2/0 DNA in intermediates, semi-finished products, and final products of various biopharmaceuticals and pharmaceuticals.

The kit can be used in conjunction with Biori nucleic acid extraction or purification kits, allowing detection of NS0 and SP2/0 residual DNA at femtogram levels within as little as 90 minutes.
