Product Principle:

This kit utilizes guanidine salt solution to release nucleic acids from the sample. Isopropanol is then used to enhance the adsorption of nucleic acids onto magnetic beads. An ethanol-containing wash buffer effectively removes proteins and salts. Finally, an elution buffer is used under high temperature conditions to elute the nucleic acids from the specific magnetic beads.

Intended Use:

For nucleic acid extraction, enrichment, and purification steps. The processed product is used for PCR testing.
