T7 RNA Polymerase 3.0

T7 RNA Polymerase 3.0 significantly reduces dsRNA production. Dot blot analysis shows that dsRNA levels are substantially lower compared to different types of competitor T7 RNA Polymerases. Moreover, this new version of T7 RNA Polymerase does not require a 50°C reaction; it can efficiently and stably transcribe mRNA with low dsRNA content at 37°C.
