SensiDirect® RT Premix-UNG Ⅳ (Probe qRT-PCR)

SensiDirect RT Premix-UNG IV (Probe qRT-PCR) is a specialized reagent for one-step RT-PCR fluorescence quantitative (probe method) detection. It eliminates the need for nucleic acid extraction and purification steps in sample preparation, and contains genetically modified reverse transcriptase and DNA polymerase that allow PCR reaction to be completed within 20~40 minutes. This product has strong tolerance to inhibitors, and can be directly used for one-step RT-PCR amplification detection of anticoagulated whole blood, plasma, serum, throat swabs, saliva samples without DNA extraction or purification. The reagent uses TS-UNG enzyme and an optimized buffer system containing dUTP to effectively prevent false positive reactions caused by residual PCR products or aerosol contamination.

Characteristics：

1. Reverse transcriptase at 42℃~55℃.

2. Modified by antibody and hot start at 95℃ for 1~5min.

3. Strong tolerance to inhibitors from sources such as serum and swabs.

4. Good specificity, suitable for detection scenarios such as gene mutation, drug resistance, and tumors.

Recommended Application：

1. Suitable for multiplex qPCR, such as 4-channel detection of 4 different targets.

2. Suitable for sensitive amplification of low-concentration RNA templates.

3. Suitable for extraction-free direct amplification reactions.
