Stool Direct RT Premix-UNG (Probe qRT-PCR)

Stool Direct RT Premix-UNG (Probe qRT-PCR) (T1) is a specialized reagent for direct amplification and detection of target genes in fecal samples using fluorescence quantitative PCR (probe method), without the need for nucleic acid extraction and purification steps. It contains a genetically modified reverse transcriptase and DNA polymerase that allows for fast amplification, completing the PCR reaction within 20-40 minutes. This product has strong tolerance to inhibitors, allowing for direct amplification of fecal samples without the need for DNA extraction and purification, simplifying the testing process while maintaining sample quality and integrity. Additionally, this reagent uses TS-UNG enzyme with an optimized buffer system containing dUTP to effectively prevent false-positive amplification caused by residual PCR products or aerosol contamination. This reagent is compatible with most fluorescence quantitative PCR instruments from manufacturers such as Applied Biosystems, Eppendorf, Bio-Rad and Roche.
