CAR/TCR Gene Copy Number Detection Kit

This reagent kit adopts PCR-fluorescent probe method, targeting DNA sequences on transfer plasmids associated with integration or expression functions, as well as single-copy genes (SCGs) in human cells. The kit utilizes ready-to-use calibration standards prepared by diluting after digital PCR technology, capable of detecting the copy number of target genes per cell on average in the sample, such as CAR or TCR gene copy number. When used in conjunction with Biori's nucleic acid extraction or purification kit II, the detection can be completed in as fast as 90 minutes.
