Bovine Virus (BVDV/REO3/BPIV3/BPV3/BAV3) Detection Kit

This kit is based on fluorescent quantitative PCR and utilizes the PCR fluorescent probe method. It targets the conserved sequences of the genomes of five bovine viruses, with primers and probes designed to qualitatively detect bovine viral nucleic acid in samples. The kit is designed to be used in conjunction with Biori's nucleic acid extraction or purification kit I, enabling detection in as fast as 2 hours.
