This kit employs quantitative PCR with fluorescent probes targeting the conserved sequences of the HPV18 E6/E7 genome. It quantitatively detects residual E6/E7 DNA fragments in samples. This kit is designed for use with Biori's nucleic acid extraction or purification kits, enabling the detection of residual E6/E7 DNA fragments in as fast as 2 hours.
