Magnetic Microbiota DNA&RNA Isolation Kit uses a unique system of magnetic beads and buffers to isolate and purify high-quality pathogenic microbial DNA & RNA from blood, lymph fluid, urine, pleural and peritoneal fluid, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, cerebrospinal fluid, saliva, swabs, tissues, feces, sputum, cell-free fluids, cell culture supernatants, or various virus preservation solutions. The uniquely embedded magnetic beads have a strong affinity for nucleic acids under certain conditions and release the adsorbed nucleic acids when conditions change, allowing for rapid nucleic acid isolation and purification.
