RNase Inhibitor

RNase Inhibitor is a recombinant RNase inhibitor obtained through recombinant expression and highly purified. It can bind to RNase in a 1:1 ratio through non-covalent high affinity binding, thereby inhibiting the activity of RNase A, RNase B, and RNase C, but does not affect the activity of RNase H and S1 Nuclease. This product has no inhibitory effect on Taq, AMV, MMLV, and Phage RNA Polymerases (SP6, T7, or T3), and has stronger anti-oxidation ability. It can remain stable under conditions of low DTT concentrations (less than 1mM), making it highly suitable for fluorescent quantitative amplification detection that is sensitive to DTT concentration.
