Neoscript RT Premix-UNG (Probe qRT-PCR)

Neoscript RT Premix-UNG (Probe qRT-PCR) is a specialized reagent for qualitative and quantitative one-step fluorescent quantitative PCR using probes. This product contains customized high-temperature reverse transcriptase with RNase H activity removed and a new type of hot-start enzyme, which has higher efficiency in both reverse transcription and PCR amplification, making it suitable for highly sensitive amplification of low-concentration RNA templates. The optimized qPCR-specific buffer and UNG/dUTP contamination prevention system used in this reagent allows for accurate quantification within a wide range of concentrations, preventing false-positive amplifications caused by residual PCR products or aerosol contamination.
