FastAmpli RT Premix- UNG (Probe qRT- PCR)

FastAmpli RT Premix-UNG (Probe qRT-PCR) is a specialized reagent for fluorescent quantitative (TaqMan probe method) RNA amplification detection, containing reverse transcriptase and DNA polymerase that have been genetically modified for rapid amplification. The PCR reaction can be completed within 20-40 minutes. This product has strong tolerance to inhibitors and higher reverse transcription and PCR amplification efficiency, making it suitable for high-sensitivity amplification of low-concentration RNA templates. It can obtain good standard curves in a wide range of quantitation areas, allowing accurate quantitation. This reagent uses a mixed enzyme of anti-inhibitory amplification enzyme and UNG enzyme, as well as an optimized buffer system containing dUTP, which not only enables good amplification of the target gene in samples with inhibitors but also effectively prevents false positive reactions caused by residual PCR products or aerosol contamination.

3. 25×MgCl2

Characteristics：

1. Reverse transcriptase at 42℃~55℃.

2. Modified by antibody and hot start at 95℃ for 1~5min.

3. Strong sensitivity.
