CHO Residual DNA Detection Kit

This reagent kit is based on fluorescence quantitative PCR, designed with primers and probes targeting the conservative sequence of CHO cells. It is accompanied by a ready-to-use quantitative reference material. It is used for quantitative detection of residual CHO cell DNA in various biological products, intermediate products, and finished products. When used with Biori's nucleic acid extraction or purification reagent kits, it can detect residual CHO cell DNA at the fg level in as fast as 1.5 hours.
