Sf9&AcNPV Residual DNA Detection Kit

This kit uses PCR-fluorescent probe technology and is designed with primers and probes targeting the conserved genes of Sf9 cells and AcNPV. It can quantitatively detect residual DNA from Sf9 cells and baculovirus (AcNPV) in genetically engineered vaccines produced by the insect cell-baculovirus expression system. The kit includes an internal control to monitor for abnormalities in extraction and amplification, preventing false negatives. It also contains UDG enzyme to prevent contamination from amplification products.

When this kit is used with Biori's Nucleic Acid Extraction or Purification Kit II, the whole detection process can be completed in as little as 90 minutes.
