Ribonucleases (RNase) and deoxyribonucleases (DNase) are similar and widely present in experimental environments. RNase contamination can easily occur from experimental operations in the research and development phase to the commercial reagents and biochemical preparations used in production. Therefore, monitoring RNase activity is a routine quality control (QC) step. Biori Biotech has independently developed an RNase residue detection kit based on the fluorescent probe method, which can be used to detect RNase residues in the environment, consumables, and raw materials, providing important data references for relevant quality testing.
