Replication-Competent Lentivirus (RCL) Quantitation Kit

This reagent kit is based on the fluorescence quantitative PCR method, designed with primers and probes targeting the VSV-G gene. The kit employs ready-to-use calibration standards prepared by diluting after digital PCR technology for quantitative detection of replication-competent lentivirus (RCL) in cell therapy products and gene therapy products produced by lentiviral vectors.
