Hi5&AcNPV Residual DNA Detection Kit

This kit utilizes PCR-fluorescent probe technology, with primers and probes specifically designed to target the conserved genes of Hi5 cells and AcNPV. It allows for the quantitative detection of residual DNA from Hi5 cells and baculovirus (AcNPV) in genetically engineered vaccines produced by the insect cell-baculovirus expression system. The kit includes an internal control to monitor for any abnormalities in extraction and amplification, preventing false negatives. It also contains UDG enzyme to prevent contamination from amplification products.

When this kit is used with Biori's Nucleic Acid Extraction or Purification Kit II, the whole detection can be completed in as little as 90 minutes.
