T7 RNA Polymerase Detection Kit

This kit is based on the double-antibody sandwich method and is used for the quantitative measurement of T7 RNA polymerase in mRNA drugs. It assists in evaluating the quality of mRNA drugs during drug development and CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls) quality control. The T7 enzyme（P/N: BP-E01）

developed by Biori features low dsRNA by-product levels in mRNA raw material and can be used with this kit for highly sensitive detection of T7 RNA polymerase in transcription-purified samples.
