DNase I Detection Kit

This product utilizes the sandwich ELISA method with dual-specificity antibodies for the quantitative detection of residual DNase I in RNA process samples, aiding in the evaluation of mRNA drug quality during 

drug development and CMC quality control stages. Biori's DNase I (P/N:  BP-E04),  which exhibits high enzymatic stability, significant enzymatic cleavage effects, and high protein purity. When used in conjunction with this assay kit, it achieves highly sensitive detection of DNase I content in RNA samples.
