Product Introduction:

Robustart ARMS Gene-typing Premix-UNG (Probe qPCR) is a specialized amplification reagent for qualitative and quantitative Real Time PCR reactions using probe method, developed based on the principle of amplification refractory mutation system (ARMS-PCR), which balances both amplification performance and mismatch base recognition ability. This product contains antibody-modified hot-start Taq DNA polymerase that has been genetically modified to completely block Taq enzyme activity at room temperature. The enzyme can catalyze highly specific amplification reactions strictly dependent on the DNA template and base pairing principles in the 5' to 3' direction, making it suitable for detecting mutation sites with higher specificity, especially for ARMS-PCR fluorescence quantitative detection. This reagent uses UNG/dUTP contamination prevention system, which not only allows good amplification of target genes in samples containing inhibitors but also effectively prevents false positive reactions caused by residual PCR products or aerosol contamination.
