Product Introduction:

Fast Direct Premix-UNG IV (Probe qPCR) is a specialized reagent for direct target gene fluorescence quantitative (probe method) DNA amplification detection, which eliminates the need for nucleic acid extraction and purification steps. It contains genetically modified DNA polymerase that can be rapidly amplified and can complete PCR reaction within 30 minutes. This product has strong tolerance to inhibitors and can be used for direct amplification detection of DNA in anticoagulated whole blood, plasma, serum, throat swabs and other samples without the need for DNA extraction and purification. In addition, this reagent uses an optimized qPCR-specific buffer and UNG/dUTP anti-contamination system to effectively prevent false positive amplification caused by PCR product residue or aerosol contamination.

Reaction Setup:

for Regular PCR:

Digestion: at 50 ℃ for 2 mins

Hot Start: at 95℃ for 1~5 mins

Denaturation: at 95℃ for 10~20 sec

Annealing and Extension: at 56~64℃ for 20~60 sec

for Rapid PCR:

Digestion: at 50 ℃ for 2 mins

Hot Start: at 95℃ for 30 sec

Denaturation: at 95℃ for 1~3 sec

Annealing and Extension: at 56~64℃ for 3~20 sec
