Product Introduction:

Robustart Premix OT-UNG (Probe qPCR) is a novel high-stability single-tube reaction pre-mixed reagent. It enables convenient preparation and usage of PCR reaction systems by pre-mixing after the addition of primers and probes, and can be stably stored at -20℃ for long periods. This feature facilitates the preparation and usage of PCR reaction systems, ensuring consistency in detection results across different batches. This product effectively suppresses the decrease in amplification performance caused by non-specific annealing of primers or primer aggregation under low-temperature conditions, enhances reaction specificity and stability, and enables more stable detection of low-concentration templates. The reagent employs an optimized formula of qPCR-specific Buffer and UNG/dUTP contamination prevention system, which can yield good standard curves within a wide quantification range and effectively prevent false-positive amplification caused by PCR product residue and aerosol contamination.

Reaction Setup:

Digestion: at 50 ℃ for 2 mins

Hot Start: at 95℃ for 1~5 mins

Denaturation: at 95℃ for 10~20 sec

Annealing and Extension: at 56~64℃ for 20~60 sec
