Product Introduction:

Stool Direct Premix-UNG (Probe qPCR) is a specialized reagent for direct amplification and detection of target genes in fecal samples using fluorescent quantitative PCR (probe method), without the need for nucleic acid extraction and purification. This product has strong tolerance to inhibitors, simplifies the testing process of fecal samples while maintaining their quality and integrity. In addition, this reagent uses an optimized qPCR-specific buffer and UNG/dUTP anti-contamination system to effectively prevent false positive amplification caused by residual PCR products or aerosol contamination.

Composition of the Premix

1. 50×Stool Direct Enzyme/UNG Mix

2. 2×Stool Direct Premix Buffer (dUTP)

Reaction Setup:

Digestion: at 50 ℃ for 2 mins

Hot Start: at 95℃ for 1~5 mins

Denaturation: at 95℃ for 10~20 sec

Annealing and Extension: at 56~64℃ for 20~60 sec
