Fast Direct RT Premix- UNG Ⅳ (Probe qRT-PCR)

Fast Direct RT Premix-UNG IV (Probe qRT-PCR) is a specialized reagent for direct target gene fluorescence quantification (TaqMan probe method) RNA amplification detection, which eliminates the need for nucleic acid extraction and purification steps. It contains genetically modified reverse transcriptase and DNA polymerase that enable fast amplification, completing PCR reaction within 20~40 minutes. This product has strong tolerance to inhibitors and can be used directly on samples such as throat swabs, anticoagulated whole blood, plasma, serum without nucleic acid extraction and purification. The reagent uses optimized qPCR-specific buffer and UNG/dUTP anti-contamination system to effectively prevent false-positive amplification caused by residual PCR products or aerosol contamination.
