Product Introduction:

SensiDirect Premix-UNG (Probe qPCR) is a specialized reagent for direct amplification and detection of target genes using fluorescence quantitative PCR (probe method), without the need for nucleic acid extraction and purification steps. This product has strong tolerance to inhibitors and can be used directly for DNA amplification detection in anticoagulated whole blood, plasma, serum, throat swabs, saliva and other samples without DNA extraction or purification. The reagent uses a mixture of anti-inhibitory amplification enzymes and UNG enzyme, as well as an optimized buffer system containing dUTP. It not only achieves good amplification of the target gene in samples containing inhibitors but also effectively prevents false-positive reactions caused by residual PCR products or aerosol contamination.

Reaction Setup:

Digestion: at 50 ℃ for 2 mins

Hot Start: at 95℃ for 1~5 mins

Denaturation: at 95℃ for 10~20 sec

Annealing and Extension: at 56~64℃ for 20~60 sec
