pUTP Solution GMP-grade (100 mM)
Pseudouridine triphosphate solution for modified RNA synthesis.

Product overview
Natural UTP (uridine triphosphate) consists of uracil, ribose, and triphosphate, while pUTP (pseudouridine-5'-triphosphate) is an isomer of UTP in which uracil is linked to ribose through a C5-C1' carbon-carbon glycosidic bond instead of the N1-C1' bond. Pseudouridine modification can enhance RNA stability and translation efficiency while reducing RNA immunogenicity. It is primarily used in the preparation of modified mRNAs and in nucleic acid drug development. This product is manufactured in accordance with GMP requirements.
