AcuGenix™ RNase Inhibitor is a highly purified recombinant inhibitor that specifically inhibits RNases A, B, and C and binds RNase in a 1:1 ratio. It is intended for reverse-transcription reactions.

Features
- Binds RNase to form a complex that inhibits RNase activity and protects RNA.
- Remains stable at DTT concentrations below 1 mM.
- Does not inhibit Taq, AMV, MMLV, or the SP6, T7, and T3 phage RNA polymerases.

- Reverse-transcription reactions.
- One-step RT-qPCR.
- Experiments that require protection of RNA from RNase degradation.
