RNase H II

Ribonuclease H II (RNase H II) is an endoribonuclease that specifically hydrolyzes the phosphodiester bonds of RNA on DNA/RNA hybrid strands, but does not hydrolyzes phosphodiester bonds in single/double stranded DNA or RNA. The enzyme works by breaking the phosphodiester linking RNA bases in 5' direction to DNA bases, generating a 3' hydroxyl end and a phosphate group at the 5' end of the ribonucleic acid.

RNase H Ⅱ 200mU/μL

Application：

It can be used in PCR amplification system, qPCR, LAMP and other reaction systems that rely on endoribonuclease H.
