AcuGenix™ Bst DNA Polymerase-V2 is derived from Bacillus stearothermophilus DNA Polymerase I. Through genetic engineering techniques, it retains the 5'→3' DNA polymerase activity while eliminating the 5'→3' exonuclease activity and exhibits strand displacement capability.
