AcuGenix™ Lyo-ready Hot Start RT-LAMP Dye Master Mix-V3 is a dye-based RT-LAMP reagent for qualitative detection of RNA targets. The system combines Bst3.0 HS, Neoscript RTase HS, an intercalating fluorescent dye, and a lyophilization buffer for fluorescence-monitored RT-LAMP workflows.
