4×AcuGenix™ Neoscript Fast RT qPCR Master Mix (Universal ROX) is a dedicated reagent for Real-Time PCR using a fluorescence method. This product contains high-activity reverse transcriptase with RNase H activity eliminated and high-activity hot-start amplification enzyme, delivering enhanced rates of reverse transcription and PCR amplification for rapid RT-qPCR assays. When used together with 4×gDNA Wiper, this reagent thoroughly eliminates interference from residual genomic DNA contamination in RNA templates, greatly improving qPCR detection accuracy. It produces good standard curves across a wide quantification range. The formulation includes tracking dye to facilitate sample loading without interfering with fluorescence signal acquisition. This reagent is compatible with most brands of real-time PCR instruments, including Applied Biosystems, Eppendorf, Bio-Rad and Roche.
