AcuGenix™ Taq DNA Polymerase is a hot-start Taq polymerase. It effectively suppresses non-specific reactions arising from off-target primer annealing or primer-dimer formation during PCR setup and amplification, delivering high-specificity performance and improved amplification of low-input templates, which makes it suitable for multiplex PCR. It also exhibits robust system compatibility and generates reproducible amplification results across diverse PCR assay formats.
