Bsa I GMP-grade
GMP-grade Bsa I restriction enzyme for mRNA and IVT template preparation.

Product overview
Bsa I GMP-grade, GMP-BP-E10, is a GMP-grade type IIS restriction endonuclease. Its Type IIS cleavage mechanism can generate a "scarless" template, ensuring that the IVT product contains no extra nucleotides. It recognizes the Bsa I site and supports plasmid linearization or preparation of DNA fragments with defined sticky ends.

Performance data
1 Digestion of plasmid by varying units of Bsa I GMP-grade
Description: To evaluate the digestion performance of Bsa I GMP-grade on 1 μg of plasmid containing a single Bsa I recognition site, using varying enzyme amounts.

Conclusion: Bsa I GMP-grade demonstrated robust digestion activity. The results showed that 0.05 U of Bsa I GMP-grade was sufficient to completely digest 1 μg of plasmid template in a standard 50 μL reaction system.
2 37°C Accelerated Stability
Description: To evaluate the thermal stability of Bsa I GMP-grade after incubation at 37°C for 7 days. Residual digestion activity of Bsa I GMP-grade was measured after storage at 37°C for 1, 3, 5, and 7 days, respectively.

Conclusion: Bsa I GMP-grade maintained stable activity throughout the 7-day incubation period at 37°C, with no significant loss of digestion performance compared with the enzyme stored at -20°C.
