AcuGenix™ FastAmpli qPCR Master Mix (Universal ROX)
AcuGenix™ FastAmpli qPCR Master Mix (Universal ROX) is a special reagent for Real-Time PCR using a fluorescent dye.

Product overview
AcuGenix™ FastAmpli qPCR Master Mix (Universal ROX) is a special reagent for Real-Time PCR using a fluorescent dye. It contains DNA polymerase screened by gene modification and can complete PCR reaction within 30 minutes. The polymerase activity is completely blocked at room temperature by antibody modification, which can effectively inhibit non-specific amplification caused by primer non-specific annealing or primer dimer at room temperature and improve the specificity of amplification reaction. The optimized qPCR buffer greatly improves the amplification efficiency and detection sensitivity of qPCR reaction, and can obtain a good standard curve in a wide quantitative region for accurate quantification. This reagent contains tracking dye to facilitate sample loading without interfering with fluorescence signal collection. This product contains universal ROX Reference Dye, compatible with most qPCR instruments, with no need to adjust the concentration of ROX on different instruments.

Performance data
High Efficiency
qPCR amplification was carried out with Biori BR1E102 using 10-fold serially diluted African swine fever plasmid as template. Results reveal good linear performance of Biori BR1E102 within a broad template-concentration window.

Stable well-to-well repeatability
qPCR amplification was performed in 30 replicate wells with Biori BR1E102 using African swine fever plasmid at 100 copies/μL as the template. The results show that Biori BR1E102 delivers excellent intra-assay reproducibility, with a Ct CV% of 0.83%.

High Sensitivity
qPCR amplification was performed in 24 replicate wells with Biori BR1E102 using African swine fever plasmid at 1 copy/μL as the template. The results demonstrate that Biori BR1E102 achieves 100 % detection rate for single-copy African swine fever plasmid templates, featuring outstanding detection sensitivity.

High Tolerance With Inhibitors
BR1E102 exhibited interference resistance to many PCR inhibitors.

Amplification of genes with varying GC content:
BR1E102 outperformed Supplier A in amplifying human coagulation factor VIII and GATA4 genes across divergent GC compositions.
Biori Supplier A
Human Coagulation Factor Ⅷ (GC: 31%)

GATA4 (GC: 68%)

DMPK (GC: 75%)

Compatible With Standard Program and Fast Program.
Using human genomic DNA as template, fast-mode and standard-mode PCR amplifications were performed with qPCR reagents from Biori and Supplier C. As shown by the results, Biori reagents support various amplification protocols and deliver better amplification efficiency than Supplier C.
