Product overview

The AcuGenix™ Mul-PCR Kit is a high-performance multiplex PCR solution engineered for high-throughput targeted amplification. It leverages a directed evolution-derived Taq DNA polymerase with significantly enhanced template affinity, enabling efficient amplification of low-abundance and structurally complex templates that are challenging for conventional polymerases.

The kit is formulated with a proprietary optimized multiplex buffer system integrating amplification enhancers and background suppressors, delivering substantially improved amplification efficiency and inter-target uniformity compared to conventional multiplex PCR formulations. It supports stable amplification of 10–600 plex target panels and is compatible with templates spanning a broad GC content range of 27%–80% without additional buffer adjustment. The formulation effectively minimizes amplification bias between high- and low-GC targets, ensuring balanced yield across all amplicons.

Purified amplification products are directly compatible with downstream applications including NGS library preparation, multiplex respiratory pathogen screening, immune repertoire analysis, and liquid biopsy target enrichment. The kit integrates seamlessly with the full AcuGenix™ portfolio of NGS library preparation kits.

Efficient amplification and excellent sensitivity

BR3M106 AcuGenix™ Mul-PCR Kit: Figure 1 Competitive comparison of amplification efficiency and sensitivity
Figure 1 Competitive comparison of amplification efficiency and sensitivity: BR3M106 (AcuGenix™ Mul-PCR Kit) demonstrated higher amplification efficiency and supported lower template input compared to leading commercial multiplex PCR reagents, making it well-suited for low-abundance targets and limited-input samples (e.g., liquid biopsy, low-titer pathogen specimens).

Note: BR3M106 is the catalog number for the AcuGenix™ Mul-PCR Kit. Full lot-to-lot consistency is validated across all production batches.

Excellent specificity and amplification uniformity

BR3M106 AcuGenix™ Mul-PCR Kit: Figure 2 Comparative evaluation of specificity and inter-target uniformity
Figure 2 Comparative evaluation of specificity and inter-target uniformity. BR3M106 delivered superior amplification specificity with minimal off-target products, alongside optimal inter-target uniformity that eliminates yield bias between high- and low-abundance amplicons. These features are critical for balanced coverage in 10–600 plex multiplex workflows.

Note: High specificity and uniformity are core performance metrics for multiplex PCR, directly impacting target coverage and variant calling accuracy in downstream NGS applications.

Superior pathogen detection sensitivity

BR3M106 AcuGenix™ Mul-PCR Kit: Figure 3 Competitive benchmarking of pathogen detection performance in targeted NGS (tNGS)
Figure 3 Competitive benchmarking of pathogen detection performance in targeted Next-Generation Sequencing (tNGS). In multiplex pathogen amplification workflows for tNGS library preparation, BR3M106 achieved superior amplification uniformity and pathogen detection rates compared to commercial alternatives, improving capture efficiency for low-abundance pathogens and reducing the risk of false-negative results in clinical infectious disease profiling.

Note: tNGS is a leading workflow for pathogen screening in respiratory and bloodstream infections. BR3M106 is fully compatible with clinical research-grade pathogen detection pipelines.
