Human Residual DNA Detection Kit (qPCR) is a 100-reaction BIORI qPCR kit for quantitative detection of human host-cell DNA in biological-product samples. It uses probe-based qPCR chemistry with an exogenous internal standard to monitor extraction and amplification. Human calibrators from 30 fg/uL to 300 pg/uL support residual DNA quantitation in biopharmaceutical testing workflows.
