Robustart Tth DNA Polymerase is a hot-start Tth enzyme that has 5'-3' DNA template-dependent polymerase activity, making it suitable for various PCR reactions. It is intended for quantitative PCR.
Features
- Antibody modification,above 90°C,hot
- start for 30s-1min.
- Bifunctional activities of polymerase and reverse transcriptase.
- In the presence of Mn2+,reverse
- transcription can be performed at a high
- temperature of 60-70°C,which has higher
- reverse transcription efficiency for complex RNA templates and reduces non-specificity.
- Strong tolerance to inhibitors.
Application
- Quantitative PCR.
