Features
- Antibody-modified hot-start enzyme with a step above 90°C for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- DNA polymerase and reverse-transcriptase activities.
- In the presence of Mn2+, reverse transcription can be performed at 60–70°C for complex RNA templates, helping reduce nonspecific reactions.
