T7 High-Efficiency Transcription Kit, BP-01, is an in vitro transcription kit for producing RNA from DNA templates containing a T7 promoter. It supports RNA and mRNA synthesis workflows using natural or modified nucleotides, and can be used for co-transcriptional capping when suitable cap analogs are included according to the protocol.
