Its core components include Tris-HCl (pH 7.5±0.1), which provides a stable buffering system, NaCl, which maintains isotonic conditions, and Tween-20, which enhances washing efficiency as a detergent. This product is suitable for blocking-buffer preparation, dilution of primary and secondary antibodies, and post-incubation washing steps in IF, IHC, and ICC assays. This product is supplied as a 10× concentrate and should be diluted to a 1× working solution before use.

Storage	Store at 2-8°C. If crystals form, place the product in a 37°C water bath until completely dissolved. This will not affect performance.
