5× Rapid Blocking Buffer
5× Rapid Blocking Buffer is developed for rapid and efficient blocking of transfer membranes.

Product overview
5× Rapid Blocking Buffer is developed for rapid and efficient blocking of transfer membranes. This protein-free formulation blocks only the membrane and does not mask antigenic epitopes on sample proteins, thereby improving the efficiency of specific antibody binding. It helps reduce non-specific antibody binding and background interference, delivering clear target signals with a high signal-to-noise ratio. It does not contain endogenous phosphoproteins or biotin, avoiding interference with phospho-specific antibody binding and biotin-based detection workflows while supporting accurate results. This product is broadly applicable to phospho-antibody assays and biotin detection systems. Efficient and convenient membrane blocking can be completed within 5-15 min. This product is supplied as a 5× concentrate and should be diluted to a 1× working solution before use.
